I have to agree with this. I was brought up in a conservative home in a conservative state and Trumps presidency made me question everything about the party I grew up supporting.I reluctantly admit I didn't like AOC at first and it wasn't until I realized it was because of the indoctrination of my surroundings.I've since realized a lot and really admire her. It was hard to break from that cycle of listening to news you want to hear rather than take it all in and make an informed decision.
