The plants have a drug in them called hyoscine (aka scopolamine) which is used to make devil’s breath. Devil’s breath, known as the world’s scariest drug, can be used to commit crimes, such as robbery, kidnapping, and assault because the victim will not be able to refuse or fight back. I only grow them because I think they’re beautiful trees. I love growing exotic plants. Posted a pic in r/botany and the guy flipped out because of it. Called me a rapist, a murderer, etc.
