Using statements like "downvote away, you know it's true" or "truth hurts, doesn't it" just shows immaturity and a lack of ability to take criticism. Your comment was not well taken by people. Maybe it's because people disagree with you. Maybe it was irrelevant. Maybe you were saying things with a bad tone. Was it true? I have no idea, but the number of upvotes or downvotes proves nothing.
