Just go to youtube and find a thunder video. Play it on the best speakers you have in the background nice and low. High enough to hear it, but not high enough that it scares puppy. Then play with him, feed him and just hang. Turn it off after an hour. Repeat and increase volume on thunder until you get it as loud as normal thunder.
