I was driving up and down 3 to 46 every day. Where 3 bottlenecks merging into 46 during rush hour, sticking to the right will put you miles ahead. It works going the other way on 46 too, right up until about a mile or two before 3.I know exactly where that is. The 3 to 46 interchange has been under perpetual construction for the last like 5 years and I have yet to see there not be traffic even at like 1 in afternoon. You must be lucky I guess lol.
